To access your invoices, please log in using the button located on the top right corner of the blue banner. If using a smart phone or tablet, select the menu link, also on the top right corner.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please make sure to select the correct invoice dates you wish to pay. Carefully review each due date and ensure payment is made timely.
Once you have successfully submitted your payment, you will be directed to a page that states "Thank you for your Benefit Invoice Payment" followed by an email confirmation.
Failure to remit payment in full so that it is processed no later than the last date of the grace period will result in a cancellation (i.e., loss of coverage) retroactive to the invoice date.
Once cancelled, your coverage cannot be reinstated except during open enrollment or if applicable when you return from FMLA or Military Leave.
