Take a moment to check each due date and ensure timely payment.

Once your payment is successfully submitted, you will be redirected to a confirmation page displaying “Payment Successful.” From there, you can print a receipt for your records. Additionally, you should receive an email receipt from PayPal.

Failure to remit payment in full so that it is processed no later than the last date of the grace period will result in a cancellation (i.e., loss of coverage) retroactive to the invoice date.

Once cancelled, your coverage cannot be reinstated except during open enrollment or if applicable when you return from FMLA or Military Leave.
